Katie and Anthony were getting ready separately in two of the best suites just before they walked down the forested path to see each other for the first time. They wanted to do their first look in a quiet setting, away from the hustle and bustle of a pre-ceremony wedding day. They shared an emotional moment and then walked towards a small trail bridge to symbolically lock their love in place and time.

The ceremony itself was simple yet cozy. Held in the hotel’s Belgian glass conservatory while the August rain was getting stronger and stronger, created a warm hygge atmosphere. The décor was understated but elegant, with soft floral arrangements and an aisle that was lined with delicate candles, adding to the atmosphere. The couple chose to exchange their vows in front of a handful of loved ones, and every word felt incredibly personal.
